About your host
Dr. Sonny Spera is an Endicott, NY native who has grown up with a passion for sports. Sonny studied at Syracuse University where he played college basketball on a full scholarship and was the co-captain his senior year. After graduating from Syracuse, Sonny went on to obtain his D.D.S. from the University at Buffalo. While attending Buffalo, he was a graduate assistant coach from 1985 to 1989. Sonny continues coaching both basketball and baseball for various local teams. His passion is helping our student athletes reach their full potential and to follow their dreams.
