Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I was nervous bringing my 10-month-old with me, especially as a new patient who needed X-rays. Kate, my hygienist, was incredibly helpful and asked Mary to hold my daughter. With such ease and genuine care, they made sure both of us were comfortable and taken care of.
The whole office has a warm, family feel—everyone works together as a team, and their kindness and smiles make such a difference. Dr. Spera was compassionate, informative, and showed care not only for me but also for my little girl. I am truly thankful and grateful for such a wonderful experience.

The staff and Dr. Marcus were very helpful and professional. The office staff got me in today as I was in pain. The dental assistant was very nice and calming. Dr Marcie explained about the X-rays and what might be happening. Great visit!

I was so impressed with Progressive Dental! It’s been a long time since I had been to a dentist and they were so caring. They told me up front everything they were going to do. The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in till you leave. I had done a lot of research to see where the best place to go and they definitely are worth every star!

Kelly and Dr.Marcus were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She is only 19 months old and they were so calm and patient with her. Kelly has the best patient care I have ever seen. Dr.Marcus was so kind and gentle, the balloon animal was the cherry on top!

I went in today to have a crown replaced after it fell off after only 2 years. Progressive Dental stood behind their work and replaced the crown at no cost. I was both impressed and grateful. Thank you, Progressive Dental. I also appreciate how kind all the staff are from the front desk, hygienist, and dentist. I have gone to both the Kirkwood and Endwell locations and all the staff are great.

Cannot recommend Progressive highly enough. I am one of those who can only afford to see a dentist in dire emergencies. The staff has never been anything but kind, compassionate, professional, and accommodating. Special shout out to Dr. Quinones, Mary, Kelly, Kevin, and the pretty brunette whose name I've forgotten, at the Endwell office this week, you helped me more than you know.

I ended up having my dentist file my teeth a bit; I’m having a reaction to a medication of dry mouth and cold sores…. not very pleasant when your tongue is extremely tender. Just picked up some Rx from my physician as well; between the two I should get better sooner.

Love this dental office! Always very clean & everyone is so nice! Starting from the person that answers the phone to the dentists themselves! I've been coming here for years & cannot see myself going anywhere else. Kelly is my hygienist & I absolutely LOVE her! So sweet, kind & gentle! Dr. Franklin is fantastic!! Appointment was scheduled for 1040 and I did not have to wait at all. The hygienist took 1 x-ray and confirmed my toothache was a simple cavity. The dentist applied a local numbing solution due to the sensitive location of the cavity (front left tooth, near the gum line) and before I knew it, I was walking out of the door. This is my second time using progressive and they are an awesome dental clinic to go to. Zero worries and zero pain.

I had my first appointment at Progressive Dental today and was already blown away by my experience. My hygienist, Kelly, was so happy and friendly and personable! She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very thorough. When staff has been there for a long time and loves their job, that absolutely says a lot about their company culture.
I had some concerns about my dental health that Dr. Spera addressed immediately, which made me feel much better. He was transparent and genuine about his suggestions and my dental plan moving forward . I’m so glad I switched to Progressive Dental!

I had another excellent crown replacement with DR. Blanchard this morning. He and the hygienist also took the time to evaluate another tooth problem I was having. Progressive Dental is an outstanding establishment.

Really great people there. I have a phobia of getting my teeth pulled or hearing bad news about my teeth. Had to get one of my wisdom tooth pulled out because i had broken it. I go to Binghamton for college, so i needed an emergency visit for my broken wisdom tooth. This was my first experience with Progressive dental in Endwell. Got an appointment the next day and they even had one available day of!!! I was having panic attacks and they were so kind and patient with me. No judgement. I couldn’t have gone to a better place. Whoever pulled my tooth did it REALLY well. I barely needed any advil the next day.

I have been coming here, my whole life literally since I can remember.. The staff are always very nice.. The only thing I will say is there a bit expensive sometimes, but I feel as though any dentist office can get expensive! Also, I do wanna add in that I did get a root canal done here and it ended up failing. I don’t think that has anything to do with the doctors or anything. I think it was just the tooth itself but it was just disheartening to pay so much money for it to fail and then be told you have to go to someone else to get it fixed:( and I couldn’t even afford that because they didn’t accept my insurance… but overall, that was one experience out of coming here for like 18 years so overall, I will say that it is a great dentist office for adults and children!!! And they take very well care of my teeth because I haven’t had any cavities since my root canal

All the dental techs are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Kindest staff and I loved my dentist Dr. Rehman! I had to make an emergency appointment for a crown that fell out and also a filling. They were so nice on the phone got me right in the next day. When I arrived the girls at the desk were super friendly and helpful. I had Dr, Rehman and she was so sweet and friendly very warm and compassionate. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and just had a very friendly welcoming personality. Was a very good experience and I am so happy I chose Progressive Dental since i recently moved here. I was finished in no time and no pain!! lol! Highly recommend

Oct. 26, 2021: I went in today to have a Root Canal which also dealt with a major infection. I was incredibly scared and had always had horrible experiences at dentists. Long story short, Dr. Sonny Spera explained what he was going to do, what the problem was, and told me to relax and I wouldn't feel a thing (yeah right I thought). Less than two hours later, he told me he saved the tooth, that I had a very bad infection under my tooth, and everything went very well. I am frankly shocked at the whole procedure, the level of professionalism (absolute top notch), and ability to get me through this with absolutely 100% no pain. I can't recommend Progressive Dental NY high enough! Thanks Sonny! You are the BEST!

The staff and especially my dental assistant was incredibly nice, thoughtful, warm, and caring. She apologized about 25 times for things that didn't even faze me. That is how nice she was. Dr Sonny Spera again is by miles and miles the best Dentist I've ever had. He is engaging, funny, intelligent beyond compare, and a professional extraordinaire! It appears he saved my badly infected tooth and did it absolutely pain-free. I can't recommend him nor rate him high enough. Top Notch Dentist!
