Our Smile Plan makes it easier than ever to keep your smile healthy all year and for the whole family. For one flat annual fee, you’ll receive 100% coverage on routine dental care and exclusive savings on all other treatments, including cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic services.

Smile Plan members save $378–$530 a year on routine care alone — cleanings, exams, x-rays, and more. And with up to 15% off additional treatment, your savings don’t stop there.

Financing

Modern dentistry requires modern solutions. PD’s Smile Plan offers peace of mind and the most modern dental care available, for one affordable yearly fee.

The smile plan is an exclusive dental membership that connects patients with quality dental care, minimizing the stress and excessive costs associated with insurance. For one yearly membership fee, patients will receive periodic exams, cleanings, and recommended preventative services. This coverage requires:

No deductibles. No copays. No waiting periods. No limits.

Smile Plan

For a yearly membership fee of $495, patients enrolled will receive all of the preventative services they need to maintain a healthy mouth. This includes:

  • Two Periodic Exams
  • One Limited Exam (Emergency Exam)
  • Two Cleanings (Prophy)
  • X-Rays for Dentist Recommended Services
  • Fluoride (children ages 15 and under)
  • 15% savings if paying in cash or check, 10% savings if paying with credit card and 5% savings with financing on all restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant treatment. Treatment with our in-house oral & maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Morcos, is not included.

**If you are not an established patient (if you are new to our office, or if you have only been seen for emergencies) you are required to pay a one-time additional fee of $200 upon enrollment. This falls into our New Patient Smile Plan. If diagnosed with periodontal disease, you will pay the Periodontal Smile Plan fee.

Periodontal Maintenance Plan

For a yearly membership fee of $1,055, periodontal patients enrolled will receive all of the preventative services they need. This includes:

  • Two Periodic Exams
  • One Limited Exam
  • Four Perio Maintenance Procedures
  • Two Periodic Exams
  • X-Rays for Dentist Recommended Services
  • 1 32oz Bottle of Oracare
  • 15% savings if paying in cash or check, 10% savings if paying with credit card and 5% savings with financing on all restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant treatment. Treatment with our in-house oral & maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Morcos, is not included.

What’s the Difference with the Periodontal Maintenance Plan?

The Periodontal Maintenance Plan is designed for patients who have been diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease. These patients need more frequent cleanings and specialized care to maintain a healthy mouth.

If this applies to you, your hygienist and dentist will explain everything during your appointment and recommend the plan that’s best for your needs.

To qualify for the Progressive Dental Smile Plan, individuals must not be covered by any dental insurance or benefit plan. This exclusive program is designed specifically for those without dental insurance coverage.

Enrollment resets each year on January 1st and the plan is not prorated if enrollment occurs after January.

This unique plan covers each individual patient, so each member of your family will need individual coverage. With patients’ needs in mind, Progressive Dental structured this plan to cover patients of all ages and challenges. Children ages 15 and under may be covered by the Smile Plan for a yearly $475 fee (age as of 1 Jan of term year coverage), and those struggling with Periodontal Disease can receive the coverage they need with the Periodontal Maintenance Plan.
