Overview

As part of our reservation policy, a $50 deposit fee is required for all new patients to secure your appointment slot. These deposits will be applied towards your total patient portion for the scheduled services. Additionally, beginning January 1, 2025 a $50 cancellation policy will go into effect. In the event that you do not call to cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee.

While payment is expected in full at time of service, we offer the following types of financial arrangements for your ease and convenience. Please note: Payment courtesies, financing offers, and promotional arrgangements listed below cannot be combined.

  1. Cash/Check. For treatment over $300 a 5% immediate pre-payment courtesy will be given when the total fee is paid in full, on the day treatment begins.
  2. Senior Citizens (age 65 and over)  5% payment courtesy for all treatments.
  3. Two equal payments: For large multi-appointment procedures, payments may be divided into two equal payments. One-half is to be paid on the day treatment begins and the remaining half is to be paid when treatment is complete.
  4. Convenient financing options available: We have made special arrangements with CareCredit to provide financing that fits your budget, with special interest financing for up to 6 months.
  5. Payment Plans: We have partnered with Cherry Financing to offer our patients the option to pay monthly with 3, 6, or 12 month options. Cherry Financing has a high approval rating and is not a hard hit to your credit score.

*CareCredit is issued with approved credit. Cherry Financing is issued by their partnered lenders.

For all new patients to the office, payment is expected in full at time of service regardless of insurance coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Progressive Dental works with financing providers including Cherry Financing and CareCredit to help provide flexible monthly payment options for qualifying patients and treatments.

Progressive Dental is a fee-for-service (FFS) practice, meaning our offices operate independently from traditional dental insurance network restrictions. Instead of working within insurance limitations, our doctors focus on recommending care based on what is clinically best for you and your long-term dental health.

Many insurance plans still allow patients to visit the provider of their choice and may offer reimbursement for out-of-network care depending on individual benefits.

Yes. As a courtesy to our patients, our team will gladly submit claims directly to your insurance carrier so you may receive any eligible reimbursement available under your plan.

Patients without dental insurance may benefit from the Progressive Dental Smile Plan, our in-house membership plan designed to help make preventive and routine dental care more affordable for individuals and families.

Progressive Dental operates as a fee-for-service (FFS) practice so our doctors can focus on recommending care based on what is clinically best for each patient rather than being limited by insurance company restrictions or reduced treatment allowances.

This approach allows our team to spend more time focusing on personalized treatment planning, long-term dental health, technology, materials, and comprehensive care options tailored to each patient’s needs.

Many dental insurance plans still allow patients to visit the provider of their choice and may offer reimbursement for out-of-network care depending on individual benefits.

For example, a patient may benefit from replacing a missing tooth with a dental implant for long-term function and stability, while an insurance plan may only contribute toward a removable partial denture because it is the lower-cost option. Operating independently from insurance network restrictions allows our doctors to discuss all appropriate treatment options based on the patient’s needs, goals, and long-term dental health.
