Who We Are
A newly developed department, the Progressive Dental Care Team is here to ensure that your appointments are timely, correct, and convenient for you! This dedicated support team can schedule your appointment in any of our five offices and with any of our seven providers. In order to best serve you, the patient, our Care Team operates and communicates closely with everyone on the Progressive Dental team so that you experience the most personal care for your dental health.
What We Do
- Provide the highest level of quality and professional service
- Attend to the patients’ needs through calls, texts, and emails
- Create and reschedule appointments from routine cleanings to intensive treatment plans
- Welcome new patients to our practice and help them become established
- Schedule emergency same-day appointments for patients in need of immediate care
- Send electronic registration forms, process payments, and confirm future appointments
- Communicate with specialist offices to ensure uninterrupted care for our patients
How We Serve You
The PD Care Team is a small, dedicated group that knows each patient and their treatment plan personally. Our team is located right in our Binghamton office. We will work with you to find the best time for your visit and will help you reschedule appointments should something come up unexpectedly. The members of the Care Team understand the ins and outs of each procedure and know exactly how to set up your appointments efficiently and appropriately.
An extensive part of the Care Team training is to experience every department in Progressive Dental. This includes:
- Following hygienists throughout their day to understand every kind of cleaning
- Accompanying dentists and dental assistants during all types of procedures
- Working at front desk and reception to connect directly with patients
- Spending time in the PD Lab to see how crowns and dentures are made
We are here to help between the following hours:
- Monday- 7am to 5pm
- Tuesday- 7am to 7pm
- Wednesday- 7am to 5pm
- Thursday- 7am to 7pm
- Friday- 7am to 4pm
