I had my first appointment at Progressive Dental today and was already blown away by my experience. My hygienist, Kelly, was so happy and friendly and personable! She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very thorough. When staff has been there for a long time and loves their job, that absolutely says a lot about their company culture.I had some concerns about my dental health that Dr. Spera addressed immediately, which made me feel much better. He was transparent and genuine about his suggestions and my dental plan moving forward . I’m so glad I switched to Progressive Dental!

The Norwich office people are very nice.Doctor Blanchard is a very skilled dentist. I have been going for several years. If you need to get in quick they always do their best. Highly recomend their practice.

Dr Rehman was very helpful today with an elderly family member. She was kind and patient in addressing my mother in law’s dental issues. It is difficult to make decisions on her behalf and I appreciate the time she took to help me understand the best options.

I was unfortunate to have a crown come loose on a Sunday morning. Went to work the next day and called Progressive on my break to see about getting in to get a repair. I pleasantly report that I was able to see Dr Brian Blanchard later that afternoon to recement the crown. This despite the fact he had a very busy schedule, got me in and took care of me. All with his usual friendly manner and smiles from all the staff! These people are simply FANTASTIC!

Worst experience. Went there 4-5 times to fix the same root canal. They never fixed it and still wanted me to pay in full. Wouldn’t work with me or anything. Now currently going somewhere else for them to fix the mess they made. Definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

I'm very happy with Progressive Dental! Everyone was very nice. My hygienist was great! Very friendly, very informative, very gentle. She was very patient as she had to, once again, show me how to clean under my bridge. I recommend Progressive Dental.

Dr. Franklin is wonderful, if youhave any anxiety about going to the dentist choose to see him, he is very soft spoken and puts you at ease all the staff are nice and knowledgeable, from the person checking you in and out to the dental hygienists I definitely give them 5 stars.

I had another excellent crown replacement with DR. Blanchard this morning. He and the hygienist also took the time to evaluate another tooth problem I was having. Progressive Dental is an outstanding establishment.I also called early morning 7:00 AM Dec 21 and was given an appointment at 9:30 AM same day for a crown that needed to be reattached. Now I can eat Christmas dinner with no fear of damage to tooth. Thanks Dr. Blanchard and the outstanding staff of Progressive Dental!Anita did a fantastic job with a new exam position orientation on 9/12 to accommodate my recent surgery. I have the highest respect for everyone at this office.

Like many people, I’m not one for liking to go to the dentist. Keli the hygienist makes it a very pleasant experience. She’s always upbeat and happy and ever so caring. I don’t want to give her a10 rating because she will never be available to be my hygienist. But she deserves a 10.

Really great people there. I have a phobia of getting my teeth pulled or hearing bad news about my teeth. Had to get one of my wisdom tooth pulled out because i had broken it. I go to Binghamton for college, so i needed an emergency visit for my broken wisdom tooth. This was my first experience with Progressive dental in Endwell. Got an appointment the next day and they even had one available day of!!! I was having panic attacks and they were so kind and patient with me. No judgement. I couldn’t have gone to a better place. Whoever pulled my tooth did it REALLY well. I barely needed any advil the next day.

I have to thank a top notch staff for their compassionate care ! Their timely, mostly pain free treatment was done with current safety procedures and professional guidelines taken into consideration every step of the way.I have to say that what I expected to be a "not fun" experience at the dentist, turned out to be the opposite!Many thanks to Dr.Matt Franklin, his dental assistant, who was lovely to me and Patty Lett, their receptionist.Thank you!I had mixed feelings about going to the dentist yesterday- had to make impressions of my teeth. The care and encouragement from Dr. Franklin and his assistant made the experience less stressful for me. They absolutely went out of their way for me. I so appreciate their compassion and understanding.

I had a crumbling tooth over a weekend, so I called Progressive Dental first thing Monday morning. I'm not a patient there, but they got me in by 10 am, and was finished by 12:30. Professional, friendly & informative - very impressive. I will be a regular patient.

I have been coming here, my whole life literally since I can remember.. The staff are always very nice.. The only thing I will say is there a bit expensive sometimes, but I feel as though any dentist office can get expensive! Also, I do wanna add in that I did get a root canal done here and it ended up failing. I don’t think that has anything to do with the doctors or anything. I think it was just the tooth itself but it was just disheartening to pay so much money for it to fail and then be told you have to go to someone else to get it fixed:( and I couldn’t even afford that because they didn’t accept my insurance… but overall, that was one experience out of coming here for like 18 years so overall, I will say that it is a great dentist office for adults and children!!! And they take very well care of my teeth because I haven’t had any cavities since my root canal

Kate was amazing today. She was very thorough and was easy to talk to. Didn’t realize Dr. Sonny Spera was there, he was my dentist when I was a kid and I was happy to See him. . Always have a pleasant visit with this group.I had braces done here also. It’s nice to go to the same place for all your dental work. These people are fantastic, from the secretary’s to the dentists. All the dental techs are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Although all the dentists are great , you may connect with one better than another, so you can choose who you want. As well as the techs. Kindest staff and I loved my dentist Dr. Rehman! I had to make an emergency appointment for a crown that fell out and also a filling. They were so nice on the phone got me right in the next day. When I arrived the girls at the desk were super friendly and helpful. I had Dr, Rehman and she was so sweet and friendly very warm and compassionate. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and just had a very friendly welcoming personality. Was a very good experience and I am so happy I chose Progressive Dental since i recently moved here. I was finished in no time and no pain!! lol! Highly recommend

Oct. 26, 2021: I went in today to have a Root Canal which also dealt with a major infection. I was incredibly scared and had always had horrible experiences at dentists. Long story short, Dr. Sonny Spera explained what he was going to do, what the problem was, and told me to relax and I wouldn't feel a thing (yeah right I thought). Less than two hours later, he told me he saved the tooth, that I had a very bad infection under my tooth, and everything went very well. I am frankly shocked at the whole procedure, the level of professionalism (absolute top notch), and ability to get me through this with absolutely 100% no pain. I can't recommend Progressive Dental NY high enough! Thanks Sonny! You are the BEST!Feb 1, 2022: *Follow up to this appointment: It was now time to get my crown measurement and clean out my root canal. The staff and especially my dental assistant was incredibly nice, thoughtful, warm, and caring. She apologized about 25 times for things that didn't even faze me. That is how nice she was. Dr Sonny Spera again is by miles and miles the best Dentist I've ever had. He is engaging, funny, intelligent beyond compare, and a professional extraordinaire! It appears he saved my badly infected tooth and did it absolutely pain-free. I can't recommend him nor rate him high enough. Top Notch Dentist!

We had a wonderful experience today at ProgressiveDental. My disabled sister needed some dental work.The Dentist Dr. Brian Blanchard and his staff that assisted him were compassionate and considerate to my sister, as well as myself. Would like to send a thank you to dental assistant Ryan. I have been having multiple visits recently and had him for a majority of them. He is knowledgeable and efficient.
