This year, we’re celebrating 20 years of the Progressive Dental Community Scholarship. Back in 1998, Progressive Dental made a commitment to honoring dedicated students who value not only their education, but also their community. Since then, we have donated over $20,000 to more than 40 high school seniors interested in pursuing a college degree.
These students are our future leaders. There will come a time when they step out of the classroom and into the professional world, and Progressive Dental wants to be a part of that process. We understand that heading off to college with some extra money in your pocket can ease a burden for families and allow them to better prepare for this new life chapter.
Progressive Dental will award the scholarship to five students, each receiving $500. Students can pick up an application from any of our five office locations or from their school’s guidance office. They can also download and print the application directly from our website. Once completed, students can simply hand the application back to us or turn them over to the appropriate contact at their school. This year’s application deadline is May 1, with a selection date of June 1.
When students thrive, so does our community; we knew this back in 1998, and 20 years later, it still holds true. We wish all the 2018 applicants the best of luck, and we can’t wait to see what their futures hold.
