Solution Reach provides every patient with convenient, secure, confidential options to connect with the team at Progressive Dental no matter the reason.
Messaging
You will realize many benefits using our new email, text, and voicemail messages, including:
• Reminders of upcoming appointments
• Alerts to overdue maintenance appointments
• Prompts to take pre-medication, if needed
• A convenient way to confirm appointments
Appointment Confirmations
Using Solution Reach, expect a message one week before your appointment date by text, email, or voicemail. If you do not confirm your appointment in the email, don’t worry — we will send you another reminder three days before your appointment with another chance to confirm.
Of course, if we do not have your electronic confirmation, we will give you a call one or two days before your appointment to make sure you can still come.

With Solution Reach, you can also see if you are overdue for your next preventative appointment. To keep your dental health optimal, we will alert you the following day. You will continue to receive these reminders every two months to make sure you do not miss this important visit with one of our hygienists.

PATIENT REACH PORTAL AND MOBILE APP
The Patient Reach is a personal and secure online portal that provides an encrypted transfer of information between you and our practice. Within the portal you will be able to do many things, including:
• Make secure payments on your account
• Communicate confidentially with our billing department
• Request an appointment
• Access online documents, newsletters, and articles of interest
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Send yourself and your family member private memo reminders
• Adjust your message settings to receive only the messages you are interested in receiving
To Get the App
- Access the APP store on your iphone or Google Play on your android device
- Search PR Mobile to select and download app
- Click “Sign Up” to create your account
If the secure information you are providing matches your patient file here in our office, the app will automatically send you a text or email message with a unique verification code. Input that code into the box to complete your login process. If you have any trouble, please call our office, and we will be happy to assist you.
