How Do Implant Supported Dentures Work?
Generally an upper denture requires four implants and a lower denture needs two to four to stabilize the denture. Progressive Dental Lab places special attachments in the denture that line up with the patient’s implants in their mouth. The denture snaps in place over these attachments. The denture can easily be removed to properly clean the mouth and denture to maintain excellent oral health.
