Dr. Sonny Spera is not only an alumnus of Syracuse University, he is also a well-recognized player from the Orange Basketball team. As a player on the team from 1981 to 1985, Dr. Spera served as an asset to the team’s success and even held the position of Captain his senior year. Local news station WBNG caught up with Dr. Spera to discuss his time on the court and his life-long love for the game.
