Dr. Noor Rehman, DMD
You may recognize her last name as her father, Dr. Afzal ur Rehman, MD, PhD, is a well-known Cardiologist at UHS for the last 30+ years. Please join us in warmly welcoming Dr. Rehman as she begins her journey with us today!
Dr. Rehman brings with her an impressive academic background. Born and raised in Vestal, NY, she graduated as salutatorian from Vestal High School, even graduating one year ahead of her peers. Further showcasing her dedication and commitment, she completed four years of
college at Binghamton University in just three years! She attended University of Pennsylvania Dental school and finished a general practice residency program at St. Joseph’s hospital in Syracuse, NY. She enjoys most phases of general dentistry including implants and cosmetic restorative work.
Dr. Rehman brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and compassion to our practice. She is warm, witty, and dedicated to providing top-quality dental care. The director of the residency program at St. Joseph’s Hospital – Dr. Matthew Hall said- “She is easily one of the top 5 dental residents I’ve ever worked with” and Dr. Hall has worked with well over 150 residents in his years at Hospital residency programs.
We understand how important it is for you to feel comfortable and at ease during your dental visits, and we are confident that Dr. Rehman’s friendly nature will make your experience even more enjoyable.

Saturday: Kirkwood 8-2 (every other)
